Yet more roadworks and this one has the potential to really slow a journey …
On the A53, from outside Ternhill Farm House to outside the Shell petrol station, Openreach will be carrying out overhead cabling across the carriageway.
There will be multi-way signals and delays are likely.
Watch out too for drivers trying to take a sneaky shortcut through the petrol station.
