The Citadel Open Garden and Coffee Morning

The Citadel near Weston under Redcastle is opening its 3 acres of gardens on Saturday 14th May between 10.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. Take a relaxing wander through the extensive mature gardens, marvel at the incredibly pristinely maintained vegetable garden, enjoy the breath taking views across the rolling fields of the Hawkestone countryside. Then take a break, sit back and have a coffee and a cake. 
Every one is welcome,  £3.00 Entrance fee, payable on arrival. All profits in aid of Hodnet 2000 charitable trust.

Fireworks and bonfire

The school PTA have arranged a Fireworks and
Bonfire evening in the grounds of Hodnet school.
Seasonal fare and a selection of hot and cold
beverages available. Glow sticks for the kids.
Please come along and enjoy yourselves, whilst helping
to support the local school. Weather permitting(!)
it promises to be a great show.
Gate opens at 18:30hrs. Entry £3 Adults, children free.

Hawkstone Fun Ride

Sunday 12th September 2010 – Start at 10.00 a.m. final riders away at 2.30 p.m.
In region of 50 senior and 30 junior jumps, all of which are optional, with the rare opportunity to ride through 11 to 12 miles of the most beautifully unspoilt Shropshire countryside. Come and enjoy a fantastic day out full of adventure and excitement
Ticket costs:   Adults £15.00    Juniors £12.00
